Acceptance and Accounts
By accessing or using LinePics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Keep your account information accurate, protect your login, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your inputs or uploads and outputs. When you upload content, request a generation, or grant a license, you promise that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, generate, use, and authorize that content. Do not upload illegal, harmful, private, or infringing material.
Rights in AI outputs may be limited by applicable law and third-party rights, and LinePics does not guarantee ownership or exclusivity. LinePics cannot give you rights to characters, brands, artwork, photographs, or other material owned by someone else.
Platform Content and Plan License
LinePics and its licensors retain their respective intellectual property rights in the platform, design, brand, and original content. The Service gives you only a license to use LinePics content according to your plan; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or that content.
Free Public Generation
A signed-in free account receives one shared AI generation opportunity per day across the available AI tools. A successful result uses that day's opportunity; a technical generation failure may release it under the product rules.
The generated result stays private while you preview it. Before submission, you may delete it and keep it out of public review. When you submit a successful free result for community review, LinePics unlocks the download immediately. Submission begins manual review and does not guarantee publication. Before approval, neither the original upload nor the generated result is shown to the public. Only an approved generated result may later become public, and the original upload is never published as community content.
After submission, ordinary self-service withdrawal is limited. You may request exceptional removal for privacy, copyright, or safety reasons by contacting support@linepics.com. A later rejection or removal does not restore a daily opportunity that was used for a successful generation.
Paid members may generate and download privately without any community submission requirement, subject to their plan's usage and licensing terms.
License for Community Review and Publication
When you choose the free public flow and confirm submission, you grant LinePics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that LinePics may sublicense to its service providers and technically process solely to review, host, display, distribute, and make an approved generated result available for public download under the Community Download License.
This license applies to the submitted generated result, not your original upload. It is not a transfer of ownership or an assignment of your rights. LinePics may reject a submission, approve it later, or remove or restrict an approved result for rights, privacy, quality, or safety reasons.
Community Download License
Approved community results may be downloaded only for personal, family, classroom, and educational non-commercial use. A downloader may not resell them, use them in commercial publishing, redistribute them as a competing download or asset library, or claim to be the original author or artist. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be technically recalled.
These permissions do not override third-party rights. A separate LinePics plan cannot grant permission to use someone else's protected material.
Other Plan Licenses
Official LinePics library content and privately generated content remain subject to the plan shown at purchase or download and our Licensing Policy. Commercial rights are available only where the applicable paid plan expressly includes them. We do not expand a plan's rights merely because content was generated with AI.
AI Providers and Privacy
To provide AI generation, LinePics may send prompts, images, and related generation data to Replicate and other AI, foundation-model, hosting, or infrastructure service providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for retention, visibility, and original-upload details.
Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement
Do not hack, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the Service; bypass access controls; use automation to evade limits; upload harmful or unlawful content; or redistribute LinePics files as a competing library. LinePics may manually review free public submissions, reject or unpublish content, restrict access, and suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, including repeat infringement.
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Availability
Subscriptions renew as stated at purchase and may be canceled through the available account controls. Access normally continues through the paid billing period. Prices or plan details may change prospectively with appropriate notice.
Purchases and subscription payments are normally final except where applicable law or an explicitly stated refund policy requires otherwise. For help with a billing or refund issue, contact support@linepics.com.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publication, unique or exclusive AI output, or a particular result.
Responsibility and Liability
You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach of the content-rights promise above or your improper use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinePics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Where the law permits, LinePics' maximum liability is the amount actually paid to LinePics in the prior 12 months.
Disputes, Mandatory Rights, and Changes
If a dispute arises, please communicate with us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LinePics operates. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved and are not limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes by email or a notice on the site. Material terms for the free public flow are also presented in the product before you confirm.
